What is the delivery time?

Our usual UK delivery time is around 5 calendar days. During busy periods or delays, allow 7–10 calendar days from order acceptance, including preparation, with a maximum of 10 calendar days. See delivery details.

Can I return an item?

Eligible online purchases have a statutory cancellation period. Faulty goods have separate protections. See the full returns policy.
